Information Security
You acknowledge and agree that, smart qubix™ and affiliated companies do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly and indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of other World Wide Web sites, accessing external resources or applications that are incompatible to the Software. Any information retained in smart qubix™ server logs will be maintained and protected in accordance with the smart qubix™ Privacy Policy. smart qubix™ Privacy Policy does not cover information that you send to third parties. Though smart qubix™ and affiliated companies are responsible for protecting the retained information from you, since absolute security cannot be guaranteed for international internet connection and data transferring, you remain the solely responsible party for all risk associated with the products and services provided by smart qubix™.
Public Content posted or distributed on the Software

Special Note regarding Federal/State Law Conflict
